How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, the value of the items purchased, and the total order amount.
Shipping, with rare exceptions, is never free due to the type of products sold: jewelry, watches, and one-of-a-kind pieces are precious items that require care, dedicated assistance, and insured shipping.
How many days will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on the delivery location and the availability of the purchased items.
Jewelry and watches, and especially unique pieces, are precious items that our suppliers don't always stock.
It may therefore be necessary to reorder the part from the manufacturer or even produce it from scratch.
As soon as you confirm your order, we'll keep you informed every step of the way and send you a tracking number so you can follow your items on their way to you.
Can I change, cancel, or return an order after purchase?
It's not possible to automatically change an order after purchase. However, you can fill out the form in the "Contact Us" section, explaining your needs. We will promptly review your request and make the necessary changes.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return all or part of your order, specifying the reason.
To ensure the items are preserved and transport is safe, the return will be paid by the buyer and the amount will be determined from time to time, based on individual conditions (collection location, quantity of items, transport insurance, etc.).
You will have 30 days after receiving your order to open a return request and return your order.
What do I do if an item arrives damaged or if I don't receive my order?
If your order arrives damaged, we recommend that you document the problem by taking a photo and, if possible, recording a video showing the damage, and inform us immediately by email.
Once we receive your complaint and determine the type of damage, we will assess the situation and initiate the report to the transport company or supplier.
We will take care of following the entire complaint process and arranging for the collection and replacement and/or refund of the damaged order.
However, if you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time (indicated by the tracking email), we recommend that you contact us and inform us of the delay.
We will contact the courier to check the status of your shipment and inform you promptly based on the outcome.
