To transport your precious pieces, Team 4em has partnered with the most reputable Italian and international shipping companies on the market, ensuring your order arrives safely and seamlessly.
For this reason, unlike all other e-commerce portals and marketplaces, shipping will never be free (except in very rare exceptions established by Team 4em), precisely because we guarantee an insured service, video-monitored and, when necessary, carried out by armored vehicles.
We want the user to feel at home Safe when purchasing through our online platforms, which is why maintaining the high quality standards of our services is a priority for us.
Costs
The costs required during checkout for the transport of purchased items will vary based on three factors:
- place of delivery
- value of items purchased
- total order amount
As soon as your purchase is complete, we will contact the supplier to prepare your order and the appropriate courier to handle your request.
Delivery times
Shipping times vary depending on the delivery location and the availability of the purchased items.
Jewelry and watches, and especially unique pieces, are precious items that our suppliers don't always stock.
It may therefore be necessary to reorder the part from the manufacturer or even produce it from scratch.
After collecting your package, we will keep you informed at every stage and email you the tracking number so you can track your items as they arrive. If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time indicated by the tracking number, please contact us and let us know of the delay. We will contact the courier to check the status of your shipment and inform you promptly based on the outcome.
Return Policy
After receiving your order, if it has any duly documented damage or defects, you will have 14 days to initiate a return and return all or part of it, specifying the reason and taking advantage of the product warranty.
To ensure high-quality service, safe transportation, and item preservation, the return fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis, based on individual circumstances (pick-up location, quantity, shipping insurance, etc.) and will be borne by the customer.
The refund will then be made to the payment method used, within 14 days of receiving the return, after verifying the conformity of the returned items.
