Refund policy
Our 14-day return policy states that, after receiving an item, if it appears damaged or defective, you have 14 days to request a return, taking advantage of the item's warranty. This cost will be entirely at the customer's expense.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 14 business days via your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
